Tight radius donuts can be a pain to mark out and cut a perfect 90 degree section out of. Use a Pro Cut template and take your fabrication to the next level! These templates are specifically designed for marking out metal Donuts . We can supply them for tight radius aluminum, steel 1D seamless and steel 1D welded donuts. Steel 1D welded templates are different as they need extra clearance for the big bulky welds inside and out. A steel seamless donut would have to much clearance and become less accurate when marking out. Dramatically speed up the marking out process with much higher degree of accuracy. Simply sit the template over the donut and move the pointer to desired angle you would like to cut. Using the pointer as a guide, transfer a pen line to the bend that is perfectly perpendicular.
